Marketplace Feature - Triple carbed and cammed '60 Falcon Six

It has been said that craigslist was built on the roofs of old muscle cars. A search in any city across the country will churn up enough V8-swapped Mavericks, Novas, Falcons, and Vegas to make your head spin. There is nothing wrong with that, not in the least, but it's nice to see something different every once in a while...

This 1960 Ford Falcon has sporting pretensions but instead of the ubiquitous small block Ford, it's got the Thriftpower six complete with lumpy bump stick and triple single-barrel carbs. The car's also got a proper four speed T-10 behind the six instead of the all-too-common three speed on the column or floor.

In keeping with craigslist unspoken requirements, the wiring looks nefarious and the pictures never contain the entire car. But $2,200 might not be a bad price to pay for a quick, economical, and different classic.
