Beat on the Street: Homebrew Kvass Edition

As I survey the post-apocalyptic landscape, I wonder how I could survive without my crazy Russian off-road trailer house.

In all of my brief travels through Russia, this vehicle is probably the most unique. It resides in a collection of kitchen-gardens (Dacha) about 50 km outside of Omsk, Siberia. Naturally, it raises lots of questions. All I know is that it is occupied, and the occupant does not find American tourists posing on his door step humorous. Adding to the problem is the fact that his English language skills are as poor as my Russian. So for now the origin, construction, purpose, and source of odors of this wheeled vehicle are left to the imagination.
